We know how disappointing it can be to receive an item that just doesn't work so we will issue you a full refund, including shipping, an exchange, or a store credit within 14 days of receipt of package. The return must be postmarked within 3 days of the receipt the return label. Only regular priced items are eligible for a full refund. Sale items can only be exchanged for another item or a store credit according to the same policy above. Custom orders and monograms cannot be refunded or returned. You will receive a credit refund within 7 days after receipt of the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.RETURN SHIPPING:

All items must be properly packaged with padding to ensure against damage in transit. We are not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit. Receipt of the return item varies depending on your location.
